EMPLOYER'S QUESTIONS

How do you select applicants to meet the specific skill set required for a position?
We meet with the company to get a clear understanding of the business, the position to be filled and the requirements of the successful applicant. We use this knowledge to create an applicant blueprint which then becomes the basis for our interviewing and evaluation. Also, with more than 500 skill tests, our testing software is customized to measure the skills required for most every position.

How do we know if the applicant will fit our culture and will fit-in with the other employees?
Our extensive experience in face to face interviewing coupled with our ability to get meaningful references from past employers results in a knowledge base that we share with the client company.

How does HR Dynamics save us money?
We save a large amount of senior management time by screening resumes and preliminary interviewing. Because we have a combined 10 years experience in recruiting in the Treasure Coast market, we know how to pick the cream of the crop. We stand behind our applicants and, if necessary, provide a replacement at no additional cost.

What are your fees?
Our fees include all employment costs: salary and unemployment taxes, FICA and workers' compensation insurance. The total fee is based on the specific position, length of the assignment and skill set required. HR Dynamics is a stand-alone local company with low overhead and no franchise fees, so we can be very competitive in our pricing.

How do you screen your applicants?
All applicants are personally interviewed in our office, reference checked, and skill checked using our testing software. Some of our clients also require drug tests and if so, one will be scheduled for you.

CANDIDATE QUESTIONS

Do you offer benefits?
Usually not, but with long term temporary assignments we can offer benefits. Typically, the long term temp must pay for the benefits as a payroll deduction.

Does the employee have to pay any fees?
No. Our clients are contracted to pay our fees. Your agreed upon hourly pay rate is not affected by our fees.

Do your temporary positions end up as full time employment?
Many of our positions are referred to as Temp to Hire. This means the candidate is expected to rollover (go onto) to the client’s payroll after their contract period is complete. However, we are not able to guarantee a regular position to our applicants; it is based solely on the applicant’s job performance and the needs of the organization.

How do I find out what open positions you currently have?
Our list of openings changes daily (sometimes even hourly) so we do not post the open positions on our website. We will contact you when we see a possible fit.

How do I apply for a temporary position and/or register with HR Dynamics?
We ask that you email your current resume to info@hrdyn.com for our review. Include a short cover letter stating your career objectives, salary requirements, acceptable commuting distance, etc.   Please be sure that your resume includes dates, locations, and that your address and contact information is up to date.

How do you handle payroll taxes, Social Security, workers's compensation?
Legally hired candidates are HR Dynamics’ employees, so we are responsible for paying Social Security, unemployment and workers' compensation.
