A custom designed, in-depth recruiting and interviewing process; NOT a database search. Evaluation of specific skill sets and credentials to match the need. Candidate must demonstrate, "Been there. Done that." Unlike consultants, the candidate must be a hands-on implementer and be able to work full time.
We meet with the client company to get an in-depth understanding of the candidate requirements, the budget, time frame, and deliverables.
We create a detailed, written spec which becomes the search blueprint for our proactive search to find the right talent match. We begin our search in the local (commutable) geography and expand out as necessary. We present, with a resume and our written report, two or three candidates within three weeks or less. The client interviews and we conduct detailed reference checks. The client makes the final decision.
